は じめ に 医療現場では、深夜勤を含む交代勤務を採用 して いるため、労働者の身体的負担は大きい。 さらに、 看護従事者(以 後、看護師)は 人手不足のために過 剰な労働 を強いられ、疲労やス トレスに関する報告 も多い。ス トレスの原因としては 「人間関係の問題」 が最も多く、次いで 「仕事の質の問題」、「仕事の量 の問題」の順になっている。特に仕事の質や量に関 しては、看護師の作業領域が医師および医療スタッ フより多く、その境界線は不明瞭であるため、看護 業務に不満を感 じる看護師が少なからずいることは 予想 される。そのため、看護師が作業状況に関して 主観的にどの程度満足 しているかを把握することが、 看護業務、作業環境などの改善のために基礎資料 と して重要になる。 そこで、本研究では大学病院に勤務する看護師を 対象に質問紙調査をおこない、作業状況意識や健康 状態か らス トレスと満足度 との関連を明らかにし、 看護師の健康 と安全を配慮 した改善対策を検討 した。
