1.目 的 運動時などの筋力応答を連続 的に測定するのは一般に容易でないが、運動に 伴う生体の生理的変化により皮膚インピーダン スが変化することを利用して、こ れを緩和周波 数の変化として連続測定し、筋力応答などの評 価への応用について検討を試みた。 ここでは一つの例として、腕に一定の筋力負 荷を与えた場合の皮膚インピーダンスの緩和周 波数変について測定した。その結果、緩和周波 数変化(低 下)は 、必ずしも比例しないが筋力 の大きさに依存する傾向が明らかとなった。 本論文では、その測定法および負荷の形態に よる緩和周波数変化の例を示 し、筋力応答の評 価への応用について考察 した結果を述べる。 2.緩 和周波数連続測定法い 生体の運動に伴って皮膚インピーダンスの等 価CR、 従って緩和周波数が変化する。これを 図1に 示すように生体皮膚を発振回路の一部と して組み込む ことにより、発振周波数の変化と して取 り出し、f-V変 換 して電圧 出力を得る ものである。 これ によ り発振 回路の並列辺 に入 っている生体皮膚の等価CR積 が求 まり、緩和 周波数が求め られ る。これ らの連続変化 は、 レ コーダーに記録されると同時 にコンピュー タで も処理され る。
