We reported a case of the thoracic spinal cord tumor recurred 15 years after operation. The tumor lies both in extradural and intradural spaces and has a contiguity through dura mater.Macroscopically neurinoma and meningioma are suspected in the same region, but histologically the tumor was not apparently diagnosed.After operation the patient's symptoms gradually subsided and now she can walk alone and is hardly aware of any difficulty in active daily life.
