Chondroid syringoma is an uncommon, benign, sweat gland tumor. The usual presentation is of an asymptomatic, slowly growing mass.Preoperative diagnosis is difficult and generally histopathology examination confirms the diagnosis. We report a case of chondroid syringomain 24-year-old male for its rarity at the tip of the nose.
