The case study presents a field work based on the recording of the action of ripping the photographic portrait of the loved one before his or her presence. Through this investigative technique, the aim is to analyze the status of photography in relation to the mimetic condition of the image (subjetual portability) and its ability to conflict, within the general framework of the studies on iconoclasm and the domestication of images.
