目 的 主観的ウェルビーイングとは,ポジティブ感情,ネガティ ブ感情,および人生満足度により評価されるものを示す (Diener, 1984)。主観的ウェルビーイングに影響する要因と して,強み活用感と強み認識があげられる。強みとは,人が 活躍したり最善を尽くすことを可能にさせるような特性であ る (大竹ら,2005)。強み活用感とは,自分が保有している 強みを日常の中で活用している感覚をさす(高橋・森本, 2015a)。強み認識とは,自らの全体的な強みを認識している 感覚のことを示す(高橋・森本,2015b)。強み活用感が高い 人は,そうではない人と比較して,人生満足度が高い(高 橋・森本,2015a)。また,強み認識が強い人は,そうでない 人と比較して,人生満足度が高い(高橋・森本,2015b)。し かし,強み活用感および強み認識と主観的ウェルビーイング の関連を調整する要因に関する知見は非常に少ない。本研究 では,強み活用感および強み認識が主観的ウェルビーイング に与える影響を、強みの多さが調整しているかを検討する。
