The work environment and its direct relationship with satisfaction have recently been assumed as factors that affect job performance, an important component to increase labor productivity. The purpose of this descriptive study is to investigate the impact of the work climate on employee satisfaction in IT companies in Colombia, based on four parameters: Motivation, Rotation, Leadership and Inclusion in Objectives, according to the Kopelman model, Brief & Guzzo (1990). The objective was to demonstrate that there are statistically significant relationships between work climate and work productivity in organizations in the IT sector.
