The work aimed to analyze the accumulation of nutrients in soybean seeds due to application of zinc (Zn) in soil and leaves. The work developed in field, agricultural year 2018/2019, in completely randomized design, with eleven treatments and four repetitions. The treatments consisted of applications of Zn in the soil (control (0); 8; 16; 32; 48 and 64 kg ha-1) and leaf (4; 8; 12; 16 and 24 kg ha-1) associated with 4 kg ha-1 in soil. The application of Zn performed beginning of pod formation (stage R3), using zinc sulfate. Seeds collected at the end of the crop cycle, and the accumulation of nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo and Zn) determined. The data analyzed using the ScottKnott test (p<0.05) to compare means, the levels between nutrients correlated, and regression for Zn accumulation performed. The application of Zn in different forms and doses adopted, significantly influenced the accumulation of the analyzed nutrients, mainly content of N. The accumulation of Zn increasing following the increase amount applied. Associated applications, soil and leaf, showed greater efficiency in relation to the accumulation of Zn in seeds.
