Shaqra University Students' Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship Between Desire, Potential and Challenges: An Applied Study

This study aims at identifying students’ attitudes at Shaqra University toward the entrepreneurship and challenges they may face while trying to establish a special pilot project. The study used the analytical descriptive approach to reach the results of the study. The study found a number of findings, the most prominent of which is that the study sample agrees on the first dimension of the desire to create a special lead project, as the results indicated that 88% of the study sample wants to create a special lead project. While the results indicate that the sample of the study does not agree with the second dimension, which concerns sufficient funding for a private project. The results indicate that 78% of the sample study does not have sufficient funding 82 دبٝلؾزىاٗ دبّٞبنٍلإاٗ خجغوىا ِٞث خٝكبٝوىا هبَعلأا ٘ؾّ ءاوقش خعٍبع خجيغ ٔع٘ر : خٞقٞجطر خٍاهك Millennium Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences 1(3): (2020) for a private project. 63% of the participants indicated that they have no one to help them establish a private pilot project. The challenges facing a private pilot project have shown that the sample study believes that the financing problems will be one of the most important obstacles to establishing the private project. The study recommended a number of solutions, the most prominent of which is that Shaqra University should take measures to spread and disseminate a culture of entrepreneurship. The study calls for taking measures to establish a university business incubator to oversee the University and local communities' entrepreneurship.
