VIAJAR E EXISTIR: A TRAVESSIA POÉTICA EM GUIMARÃES ROSA

No presente estudo se interpreta o conto “Os cimos”, da obra Primeiras Estorias (1962), de Joao Guimaraes Rosa, em dialogo com o episodio de Grande Sertao: Veredas (1956) em que Riobaldo e Diadorim realizam a travessia do rio Sao Francisco. A interpretacao se faz a luz da viagem-travessia empreendida pelo homem, em seu percurso existencial, como motivo de aprendizagem constante da experiencia de viver. Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, contou-se com a contribuicao de Benedito Nunes (2009), para quem o homem e a viagem e a propria travessia acontecendo, na qual incessantemente se desvela o sentido da existencia. TRAVELING AND BEING: THE POETIC CROSSING IN GUIMARAES ROSA Abstract This study intends to interpret “Os cimos”, of the book Primeiras Estorias (1962), by Joao Guimaraes Rosa, and the episode of Grande Sertao: Veredas (1956), that Riobaldo and Diadorim cross over the Sao Francisco’s river, in the light of the journey of crossing, undertaken by human, in their existential trajectory, as a source of constant learning of their life itself. For the development of this study, lean on the contribution of Benedito Nunes (2009), that presents the human as the journey and the own journey of crossing happening, which is constantly unveiling itself in the trajectory of their existence.
