Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as publicações sobre as relações entre a Política Nacional de Humanização (PNH) e a área de Terapia Ocupacional em Saúde Mental. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão narrativa da literatura, com busca bibliográfica em bases de dados e diretamente nos sites eletrônicos de periódicos em Terapia Ocupacional no Brasil. Identificaram-se entre 12 artigos, quatro dimensões: Pessoal, Contextual, Profissional e Legal. Compreendeu-se que há grande concordância destas dimensões com os direcionamentos da PNH, em especial a maior frequência de publicações relacionadas às mudanças de modelos e abordagens (dimensão profissional) e à busca de garantia de direitos e cidadania (dimensão legal). Assim, há forte consonância das práticas da Terapia Ocupacional em saúde mental com a Política Nacional de Humanização e consideram-se tais dimensões no cenário brasileiro mais amplo, em particular a partir de 2016, momento de atenção ao desmantelamento das instituições democráticas promovidos pelo Estado brasileiro a partir de então. Abstract This article aims to analyze the publications which establish relationships between the National Humanization Policy (NHP) and the Occupational Therapy in Mental Health in Brazil. It is a research of narrative revision of the literature, in which a bibliographic search was carried out in databases and directly in the electronic sites of journals in Occupational Therapy in Braziland use of content analysis procedures for data processing. Of the 12 articles included in the studyfour dimensions, namely: Personal, Contextual, Professional and Legal. It was understood that there is a great agreement of these dimensions with the directives of the HNP, in particular the greater frequency of publications related to the changes of models and approaches (professional dimension) in Occupational Therapyand the personal and social view of subjects with mental disorder (personal dimension). It is concluded, therefore, that there is a strong convergence of the Occupational Therapy practices in mental health with the HNP.Keywords: Humanization of care; Mental health; Occupational therapy.
