A key element of the TPLMs is to analyze the impaired waterbodys according to flow and seasonal conditions to establish and implement the best reduction measures for watershed characteristics. The purpose of this study is to provide impaired waterbody analysis process using time series data and to visualize the analysis results and analyze the impaired rate according to various conditions to provide basic data such as reduction planning for TPLMs. For this purpose, impaired waterbody according to the flow and seasonal conditions were analyzed for BOD, COD, TOC, SS, TN, and TP pollutants using the time series water quality and flow data measured at 121 unit watersheds. As a result, the impaired condition and the impaired rate of each pollutant in the unit watershed vary widely from waterbody. In order to achieve reasonable water quality improvement measures and achieve stable target water quality, appropriate reduction measures should be provided to solve the cause of damage do. In addition, if it is difficult to manage the contaminants damaged only in certain water bodies as the current TPLMs, additional research of Tributary TPLMs that can manage only the damaged water bodies in customized manner will be needed.
