Objectif: Determiner le parasitisme helminthique gastro-intestinal chez les zebres de montagne vivant en permanence en captivite dans un espace reduit de Muyambo Park/ Lubumbashi. Methodologie et resultats: Il s’est agi d’une etude transversale descriptive basee sur l’analyse des matieres fecales de 15 zebres de montagne ( Equus quagga boehmi ) de Muyambo Park/Lubumbashi, RDC. Les techniques d’enrichissement par sedimentation de Brumpt et celle de la flottaison de Willis.ont ete utilisees. Les resultats obtenus ont revele un parasitisme helminthique de leur tube digestif. Parmi les parasites rencontres nous avons releve : 6 Nematodes et un Cestode. Ils ont ete ranges par ordre de prevalence : Oxyuris spp. (24,4 p. 100), Trichostrongylus spp.et Strongylus spp. (20 p. 100 chacun), Trichonema spp. (12,2 p. 100), Triodontophorus spp. (11,1 p.100), Taenia spp. (7,7 p. 100) et Oesophagostomum spp. (4,4 p. 100). La moyenne d’oeufs calcules etait de 1440/g de matieres fecales pour un nombre approximatif de 893 vers adultes. Conclusion et application des resultats: Ces resultats ont mis en evidence un haut degre de parasitisme helminthique chez ces zebres pensionnaires de Muyambo Park. Nous suggerons la rotation saisonniere de pâturages pour casser les cycles biologiques des helminthes. Mots-cles: Helminthes, Gastro-intestinaux, Zebre, Muyambo Park, Lubumbashi English Title: Search of gastrointestinal helminths among Equus quagga Boehmi (Grant's zebra) in Lubumbashi, DRC English Abstract Objective: Determine gastrointestinal helminthes parasitism in mountain zebras permanently living in captivity in a small area of MuyamboPark/ Lubumbashi, DRC. Methodology and results: It was a descriptive cross-sectional study based on fecal matter analysis of 15 mountain’s zebras ( Equus quagga boehmi ) of Muyambo Park / Lubumbashi, DRC. Enrichment technique by sedimentation of Brumpt and that of the flotation of Willis were utilized. The results obtained revealed a parasitism helminthic of their digestive tract. Among the parasites encountered, those identified were 6 nematodes and 1 cestode. They have been stored by order of prevalence: Oxyuris spp (24,4%), Trichostrongylus spp and Strongylus spp (20%), Trichonema spp (12,2%), Triodontopharus spp (11,1%),  Taenia spp (7,7%) and Oesophagostomum spp (4,4%). The average calculated eggs were 144/g of fecal for an approximate number of 893 adults worms. Conclusion and application of results: These results have showed a high degree of parasitism helmintic among these zebras resident of Muyambo Park.
