บทคดยอ การวจยเรอง “การมงเนนตลาดและการจดการโลจสตกสเชงบรณาการกบผลการสงออกกลวยไมไทย” มวตถประสงคเพอ 1) ศกษาสภาพปจจบนของการมงเนนตลาด การจดการโลจสตกสเชงบรณาการ ผลการจดการโลจสตกส และผลการสงออก 2) ศกษาปจจยเชงสาเหตทมอทธพลตอผลการสงออกกลวยไมไทย ไดแก การมงเนนตลาด การจดการโลจสตกสเชงบรณาการ ผลการจดการโลจสตกส การวจยครงนเปนการวจยเชงปรมาณ โดยไดทำการเกบรวบรวมขอมลดวยการสงแบบสอบถามใหกบเจาของและผบรหารบรษทผสงออกกลวยไมของประเทศไทยทางไปรษณย จำนวน 130 แหง กลมตวอยางไดสงแบบสอบถามกลบมา จำนวน 118 ชด อตราการตอบสนองรอยละ 90.77 การวเคราะหขอมลพนฐานใชคารอยละคาเฉลยและคาเบยงเบนมาตราฐาน และใชการวเคราะหโมเดลสมการเชงโครงสรางทดสอบสมมตฐานความสมพนธระหวางตวแปร  ผลการวจยพบวา การมงเนนตลาดมอทธพลเชงบวกอยางมนยสำคญตอการบรณาการโลจสตกสภายในและผลการสงออกแตไมมอทธพลตอการบรณาการโลจสตกสภายนอก การบรณาการโลจสตกสภายในมอทธพลเชงบวกตอการบรณาการโลจสตกสภายนอก แตไมมอทธพลตอผลการจดการโลจสตกสและผลการสงออก การบรณาการโลจสตกสภายนอกมอทธพลทางบวกตอผลการจดการโลจสตกสและมอทธพลเชงลบตอผลการสงออก และผลการจดการโลจสตกสมอทธพล เชงบวกตอผลการสงออก โมเดลความสมพนธเชงสาเหตทไดจากการสงเกตนสอดคลองกบโมเดลทางทฤษฎ โดยมคา X/df = 1.112, p-value = 0.272, GFI = O.973, AGFI = 0.943, NFI = 0.970, CFI = 0.997, TLI = 0.994, RMR = 0.013, และ RMSEA = 0.019 ดงนนผสงออกควรใหความสนใจตอการมงเนนตลาด การบรณาการโลจสตกสภายใน การบรณาการโลจสตกสภายนอกและผลการจดการโลจสตกสเพอใหสามารถเพมผลการสงออกไดมากขน Abstract This research aims to study current situations of market orientation, integrated logistics management, logistics performance, and Thai orchids export performance and to investigate the casual relationships of market orientation, integrated logistics management and logistics performance to export performance. The research applies quantitative methodology and data collected by sending out the questionnaires to 130 owners or managers of orchid’s export companies. The return of the questionnaires was 118 respondents. Therefore, the response rate was equal to 90.77%. Structural equation model (SEM) was employed to examine the concept model. The findings suggest that market orientation has statistically significant positive direct effect to internal logistics integration and export performance, but it has no effect to external logistics integration. Internal logistics integration has positive effect related to external logistics integration, and logistic performance but it is not relate to export performance. External logistics integration has positive direct effect to logistics performance. In contrast, it has negative direct effect to export performance. Finally, the result supports strong positive relationship between logistics performance and export performance. The statistic result shows the suitable model which is consistent with the theoretical model and the critical value is informed by X/df = 1.112, p-value = 0.272, GFI = O.973, AGFI = 0.943, NFI = 0.970, CFI = 0.997, TLI = 0.994, RMR = 0.013, and RMSEA = 0.019 This research suggests that the orchid’s exporters should increase market orientation, internal logistics integration, external logistics integration, and logistics performance for export expansion.
