31 1.はじめに 茨城大学工学部機械工学科では,平成21~22年度の 2年間,産学連携に基づく人材育成のための学習プロ グラムの開発と実証教育を行った.このプロジェクト は,「ものづくり力」を有する学生を育成し,専門基礎 力ならびに実践力に富む学生を社会に送り出すことを 目標に,産学協同で学習プログラムの開発および実証 を行ったものである. 企業経験の少ない大学教員は,教えている教科目の 具体的な有用性やものづくりの現場での応用例に疎 い.そこで,企業の第一線で活躍してきた技術者の支 援を仰ぎ,既存の講義・演習などにこれらの支援者の 知見を盛り込んだ,座学/実学連結型プロジェクト学 習プログラムを開発してその有効性を検証した.本プ ロジェクトは,平成21年度から2年間,経産省の支援 を受けて活動を展開したが,それ以降は,学科内の教 員の協力を得て本プロジェクトを継続,発展させてい る. 以下,本論文では,以上に述べたプロジェクトで開 発した主なカリキュラムの内容とそれによる教育効果 およびプロジェクト導入後の教育改善状況について述 べる.
