This paper relates to the integration of the constraints of recycling in the design of products. It presents, on the one hand, the study on the techniques used in the evaluation of product/process and the research done on écodesign. On the other hand, following the work on evaluation of the end of life products, we will present the various encountered problems, as well as the solutions considered such as the implementation of a self-diagnosis module which make easy the testability of products. Cet article concerne l’intégration des contraintes de recyclage dans la conception des produits. Il présente d’une part, l’étude sur les techniques utilisées pour l’évaluation du produit/process et les travaux de recherche sur l’éco-conception. D’autre part, suite aux travaux sur l’évaluation des produits en fin de vie, nous présenterons les différents problèmes rencontrés, ainsi que les solutions envisagées comme la mise en œuvre d’un module d’auto-diagnostic facilitant la testabilité des produits.
