緑内障の診断補助に網膜神経線維層厚(NFLT)の測定は有用といわれている。今回GDxアクセスVCC(GDx)とOCT3000(OCT)を用いて視神経乳頭周囲のNFLTを測定し、視野との関係を検討した。Humphrey自動視野計・中心30-2・SITA-Standard (HFA)で上半または下半に視野異常を認めた緑内障46例59眼を対象として、全例にGDx、OCTを用いてNFLTを測定し、それぞれの結果をHFAの異常部位と検討した。HFAとGDxの一致率は、上半異常ではTSNITグラフで83.3%、Deviation Mapで80.6%であり、下半異常では、TSNITグラフで87.0%、Deviation Mapで87.0%であった。HFAとOCTの一致率は、上半異常は実測層厚曲線で97.2%、分割表示で94.4%であり、下半異常は実測層厚曲線で87.0%、分割表示で82.6%であった。GDxとOCTによるNFLTの測定は、局所的なNFLTの菲薄化をとらえることができ、臨床上有用と考えられた。
