今回、我々は非接触型光学式眼軸長測定装置(IOLマスター)を用いて、調節時及び非調節時の眼軸長、瞳孔径、前房深度を測定し、それぞれ比較検討した。対象は眼疾患の無い正常者5名10眼、平均年齢23.5±1.5歳である。調節時及び非調節時の眼軸長を測定した結果、調節時眼軸長が長く測定された(p<0.005)。調節に伴って縮瞳をし、前房深度が浅くなる傾向がみられた。IOLマスターで、調節時及び非調節時の眼軸長の僅かな変化を捉えることが出来た。
