黄斑剥離を伴う片眼性の網膜剥離に対し、観血的な網膜剥離手術を施行した症例を対象に術後の近見立体視機能について検討した。黄斑剥離を認める片眼性の網膜剥離眼中、術後の遠見矯正視力が0.8以上、左右の不同視差が3D以内のもの42例42眼を対象としTitmus stereo tests (TST)およびTNO stereo test (TNO)を用い近見立体視機能の検査をした。TSTでは良好群、中等度良好群、不良群に分類した結果23眼(54.8%)が良好群、17眼(40.5%)が中等度良好群、2眼(4.8%)が不良群となった。TNOでは良好群と不良群に分類した結果27眼(64.3%)が良好群、15眼(35.7%)が不良群となった。黄斑剥離を伴う網膜剥離眼では術前に中心視力が低下するものの、網膜復位後矯正視力が0.8以上の症例では良好な立体視が得られた。
