ハンフリー自動視野計(HFA II)に備えられているSwedish Interactive Thresholding Algorithm (SITA)は正常視野と緑内障視野モデルを基に最尤法を応用した新しい測定アルゴリズムである。今回、我々はさまざまな眼疾患に対してSITAによる視野計測を行い、緑内障以外の疾患に対するSITAの臨床評価を行った。対象は正常者12例12眼、高眼圧症・緑内障16例23眼、網膜疾患16例23眼、視神経・頭蓋内疾患8例14眼で、全症例にHFA IIのプログラム24-2をFASTPAC、 SITA accurate、 SITA fastを用いて行った。各疾患群のmean deviation (MD)、 pattern standard deviation (PSD)においてFASTPACとSITAの間に強い正の相関性が認められ、FASTPACに対するSITAの測定時間短縮率は各疾患群で差がなかった。各々の視野の比較からも緑内障以外の疾患に対するSITAによる視野測定は有用であった。
