乳幼児スクリーニング装置PR-1000を用いて,臨床の場でも各種視機能検査に応用できるかどうか,また,その精度についても検討を試みた.1) オートレフラクトメーター(RM-A6000)値との差は少なかった.2) 光軸中心から視角2.5°離れた位置を注視しても,その誤差は約0.1D以内であった.3) 視標距離を変化させる事で,調節が正確に測定できた.4) 眼鏡装用下での測定では,予想値と実測値との相関係数は高かった.オーバーレフラクションを行う事により,測定範囲を広げる事も可能となった.以上より,PR-1000は乳幼児の遠視による弱視を早期に発見する為の補助機器として有効であると考えられる.
