There are no colleges and universities training cold chain logisticstalents, that is why there is serious contradiction between supply and demand in “quality” and“quantity” of cold-chain logistics talents. So this thesis first defines thedefinition and classification of cold chain logistics talents, then it analyzesthe current situation and existing problems of cold chain logistics personneltraining in Liaoning Province.
