目的 : 夏衣服用クレープの特徴的性質である, たて糸方向への曲げ剛性およびよこ糸方向への引っ張り弾性率と, シボ形状の関係を解析し, 製造工程でこれらの力学的特性をコントロールするための基礎資料を得る.成果 : 布厚を補正することにより, 波板形状の直交異方性板の式で, クレープのシボ形状から力学的特性を計算した.得られた主な結果を以下のとおりである. (1) たて糸方向への曲げ剛性については, 計算値と測定値が比較的良く一致した. (2) よこ糸方向の引っ張り弾性率については, 傾向は一致したが, 計算値が測定値に対して高い値を示した. (3) クレープの布厚とシボ発生前の布に対する収縮率はほぼ直線関係を示した.以上のことから, 同一条件で製造されたクレープと平らな布の試料があれば, これらの試料の測定と計算からシボ形状の異なるクレープの力学的特性値を予測し, 仕上工程でこれらの力学的特性値をコントロールすることが可能と考える.
