試料 として は,純 度99.99%のAl板(25×20×0.5mm) を過塩素酸一エ タノール溶液中で電 解研磨 して用いた。 ア ノー ド酸化 は1mol・dm-3硫 酸 水溶 液(20°C),0.3 mo1・dm-3シ ュウ酸 水溶 液(300C),0.3mol・dm-3 クロム酸水溶液(40°C)お よび0.4mol・dm-3リ ン酸水 溶液(25°C)の 代表 的な4種 の電解 液によ り行 い,そ れ ぞれ30分 間定電圧電解 した。 電解着色 は,硫酸 ニ ッケルー ホウ酸水溶液(30g・dm 3 NiSO、 ・6H、0-30g・dm-3H、BO、)を 用 い正 弦波 交流(50Hz)で5分 間定電圧電解 した。 交流 電圧 の表 示 には実効電圧(罵 の でな く皮膜 に対 し影響 を持っピー ク電圧1)(v,=1.414Veff)を 用いた。対極 はPt板 とした。 電解着色後 の皮膜 の着色度 の評価 は目視観察か あるい は測色色差計(日 本電色工業(株)製ND-K6B型)に よ る L値 の測定 を行 った。 また着色皮膜の破断面 に金をスパ ッ タコーテ ィング後,走 査型電子 顕微 鏡(SEM)に よ り 観察 した。
