ステンレス鋼は,水 道用管など土壌中で用 い られる こと も多い。それ に伴 い各種 の実環境 中での耐食 試験 も行 わ れてい る1)。 しか し,実 験 に長時間要す るとい う問題2) や本 当に実環境 を シュ ミレー トして いるか とい う問題 も 常 にお こってい る3)。 そのため長期 を要す る試験 にと っ ては,土 壌 中でのCl一 濃度,含 水 量 の影 響 を実験 室 的 に調 べ,腐 食 傾向を予測す ることの必要性 は高 い。 しか し,現 在 までそのよ うな研究 はほとん ど行われていない。 土壌 と接 す るステ ンレス鋼材の腐食形態 は,お もにCl一 濃度,含 水量 によ って変化 し,孔 食状,す き ま腐 食状 に損傷 す る場合が多 い4)。 そ こで本研究 においては,ケ イ砂 によ る人工土壌中でのSUS304鋼 のす きま腐食 性 を 調 べた。 ステ ン レス鋼 一砂粒界面 です きまが形成 され る と予 想 し,人 工土壌中 にNaCl水 溶液 を浸透 させ,そ の C1一 濃度,含 水量を変化 させ,す き ま腐 食再 不動 態 化 電位,ERを 測定 す るこ とによ りSUS304鋼 のす きま腐 食性を検討 した。
