アル ミニウムを硫酸,リ ン酸,シ ュウ酸水溶液中で ア ノー ド酸化す ることによ り生成す るポー ラス皮膜 は無定 形 アル ミナよりな る六角柱状セルの集合 した もので,各 々 のセルに は中心 を通 る細孔が,ま た,孔 の底 にはち密な 半球殻 状のバ リヤ ー層が存在 し,し か も各々のセル は電 解質 アニォ ンを含 む外 層 と純粋な アル ミナよ りな る内層 の二層構造 を有 す ることが これまでの研究 によ り明 らか にされている1)'2)。これに対 し,ク ロム酸 水溶液 中で生 成す るポー ラス皮膜 は硫酸水溶液 中な どで生成 した皮膜 にみ られるよ うな二層構造 を持 たず,ほ ぼ純粋 なアル ミ ナ層 よ り構成 され てお り2)'3),ク ロム酸 アニオ ンは孔壁 の部分 にのみ極微量存在 している ことが知 られている4)。 この ことは,ア ノー ド酸化時 におけるクロム酸 アニオ ン の挙 動が硫酸,リ ン酸,お よびシュウ酸 アニオ ンの挙動 とは大 きく異 な ることを示唆 して いる。 しか しなが ら, ア ノー ド酸化 時にお けるクロム酸 アニオ ンの挙動,と り わけ皮膜 内に封入 された後 の挙動 は現在 に至 るも明 らか ではない。そ こで,本 研 究で はア ノー ド酸化時に皮膜 内 に封入 されるク ロム酸 アニオ ンの挙動を明 らかにするた め,ポ ー ラス皮膜 に比 べよ り単 純 な系 で あ るNa2CrO、 水溶液 中で生成 したバ リヤー皮膜 にっいて,ク ロム酸 ア ニオ ンの分布 を超薄切片法 によ り作製 した皮膜縦 断面切
