The objective of this research was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, job design, and work motivation on work effectiveness of lecturer at Institut Transportasi and Logistik Trisakti Jakarta. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The target population size of this research is 122 of lectures. Research samples selected as much as 93 lectures using simple random sampling technique. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: (1) the self-efficacy has positive direct effect to work effectiveness, (2) the job design has positive direct effect to work effectiveness, (3) work motivation has positive direct effect to work effectiveness, (4) the self-efficacy has positive direct effect to work motivation, (5) the job design has positive direct effect to work motivation.
