Although it is well known that the B. C. G. inoculation plays an important role in the prevention of tuberculosis,many cases may be infected by the virulent tuberculous bacilli before the B. C. C. inoculation in the area whereactive cases are prevalent, like in Korea. Thus, in our laboratory l. N. A. H. - and streptomycin-resistant B, C. G. was cultured in vitro and it was inoculated in rabbits. I. N.A.H. and streptomycin were administered to these rabbits simultaneously and the B. C. G. local lesion and tuberculin-allergy were observed.1) When the B. C. G. which is resistant to 50r of l. N. A. H. and B. C. G. resistant to 50r of Streptomycin were compared with non-resistant Control B. C. G., there was no significant differences in the B. C. G. local lesion and tuberculin allergy, but the development of tuberculin allergy was delayed in the resistant group.2) After the inoculation of control B. C. G., the untreated group was compared with the groups treated by l. N. A. H. and Streptomycin respectively. There were no difference between the l. N. A. H.treated group and the untreated group, but in the Streptomycin treated groupthe local lesion and tuberculin allergy were significantly weak.3) After the inoculation of B. C. G. which is resistant to 50r of l. N. A. H. , there were no differences between the untreated group and l. N. A. H treated (5 mg per kg of body weight) group.4) After the inoculation or B. C. G. which is resistant to 50r of Streptomycin, the local lesion and tuberculin allergy were weaker in the  Streptomycin treated( 10mg per kg of body weight ) group than the untreated  group.
