キーワード:血液透析,周期性四肢運動,生命予後,レストレスレッグス症候群 〈要旨〉 血液透析患者において RLSと生命予後の関連について検討した.当院の維持血液透析患者で RLSの問診をしえた 67例を対象とし,生命予後に対する危険因子の解析を施行した.RLSと診断した患者は 10例で,有病率は 14.9%, 平均観察期間は 3.2±1.0年であった.RLSの全死因による死亡に対するリスク比は 1.79(95% CI 1.07‒2.84,p= 0.030)で,心血管病による死亡に対するリスク比は 2.97(95% CI 1.52‒5.99,p=0.002)であった.血清クレアチ ニン値,糖尿病性腎症の有無,心血管病の合併の有無および RLSの有無での多変量解析において,RLSはリスク比 1.72(95% CI 1.02‒2.73,p=0.044)と,これらの因子とは独立した死亡のリスク因子であった.わが国の単一施設 での血液透析患者において,RLSは全死因,特に心血管病による死亡の危険因子であった.
