Dans cet article nous nous interessons aux dialogues argumentatifs, en poursuivant l’approche initiee par Lecomte et Quatrini [2010] d’une formalisation des dialogues dans le cadre de la Ludique. Nous illustrons notre proposition dans deux cas extremes : les controverses qui illustrent les stratagemes de Schopenhauer dans [Schopenhauer, 1830] et un dialogue juridique a partir d’un exemple etudie par Prakken [2008].
