International audienceThe author analyses a new context in college training: for once the participants at different levels (students teachers, administration, direction) would agree to consider themselves as the different actors in a company.As concerns the organization new rules of action are more clearly oriented towards a company model. For instance sorne measures tend to consider the personal plans of students for the qualification of an age group, so as to avoid a planning dictated by local interests. Besides they grant more value to the development of projects than to discourse and opinions coming from the teaching staff. And they also develop a grading system no longer based on educational rules, laws and principles but on a principle of efficiency.These new organization discourses are all the more acceptable for the school staff as the teaching proceedings have also followed a new trend referring to the business models, not in the industry but in services.Few teaching units have showed their wish to get adapted to business and public needs by focussing their methods on advice to students. Permanent training was the first to accept as a new paradigm that the only way of learning is by self-teaching. Then, by using transmitting machines (audio-visual aids and computers) the teachers can move from their usual work to the production of software and audiovisual documents; those new educational systems allow them to share the use of documents with students instead of being their exclusive owners.L'auteur analyse un contexte nouveau pour la formation initiale : pour une fois les différents niveaux d'action de l'école (la classe, l'enseignant, l'administration, l'organisation) sont sensibles, de manière concomitante, à un modèle d'entreprise.D'une part, en ce qui concerne l'organisation, de nouvelles normes de fonctionnement sont affirmées, proches du modèle entrepreneurial. Dans des mesures qui visent à prendre en compte le projet personnel de l'élève pour obtenir la qualification d'une tranche d'âge et à éviter le recours à la planification imposée au profit d'une recherche d'adaptation locale. Dans la valorisation de la gestion par projet qui s'accompagne d'un recul des discours et valeurs centrées sur l'équipe éducative. Par le développement de pratiques d'évaluation qui prennent comme référence, non plus le respect de la réglementation, de la loi, mais un principe d'efficacité.Ces discours de l'organisation sont d'autant plus facilement acceptables pour les personnels que les pratiques pédagogiques se sont aussi modifiées, en référence elles-aussi, tendanciellement, au modèle de l'entreprise (non l'industrielle mais de services).Pratiques d'enseignement modulaire proche d'une volonté marketing d'adaptation à la demande, au public, acte pédagogique centré sur le conseil. La formation continue a été sur ce point en avance, en acceptant comme nouveau paradigme que le savoir est une construction de l'apprenant. Dès lors, le rôle de l'enseignant, se déchargeant sur les machines de la transmission, peut devenir celui de concepteur de situations d'apprentissage; les nouvelles technologies éducatives lui permettent de partager son ancien monopole d'accès aux documents
