L’objet de cet article est de rendre compte d’une recherche initiee dans le cadre d’un Projet Europeen comprenant sept actions et dont l’intention generale est l’innovation et la cooperation universitaire France/Espagne. Cet article s’inscrit dans l’action relative a la professionnalisation et au developpement de la formation professionnelle en Espagne. Notre intention est de presenter la demarche de recherche qui a accompagne l’elaboration d’un referentiel pour la conception d’une Formation de Formateurs, formation qui a ete mise en place sous la forme d’un Diplome Universitaire dans un premier temps. Cette demarche a ete largement interrogee pour tenter de repondre a la question : comment travailler avec des professionnels dans un objectif de production scientifique et praxeologique ?
