A method is developed for calculating the natural recharge of an aquifer from the hydrograph of the spring, using a closed multiple cell model. Iterative formulae for modeling are given together with the calibration phases. This methodology is applied to the spring at Vozmediano.  The net recharge of precipitation is 37 %, for the average precipitation in the Vozmediano system (714 mm/yr). The results are compared to independent methods of estimating recharge.  Se desarrolla un m&#233;todo para calcular la recarga natural de un acu&#237;fero que parte del hidrograma del manantial y adopta para su estructura un modelo pluricelular englobado. Se establecen las f&#243;rmulas iterativas para su modelaci&#243;n as&#237; como las fases de calibraci&#243;n. Esta metodolog&#237;a se ha aplicado al manantial de Vozmediano.  El coeficiente de infiltraci&#243;n en el sistema de Vozmediano es del 37 % para una precipitaci&#243;n media de 714 mm/a&#241;o.
