Numerical investigation on the thermodynamic properties of an Ising spinKondo lattice model on a kagome lattice is reported. By using Monte Carlosimulation, we investigated the magnetic phases at 1/3-filling. We identifiedtwo successive transitions from high-temperature paramagnetic state to aKosterlitz-Thouless-like phase in an intermediate temperature range and to apartially disordered phase at a lower temperature. The partially disorderedstate is characterized by coexistence of antiferromagnetic hexagons andparamagnetic sites with period $\sqrt3 \times \sqrt3$. We compare the resultswith those for the triangular lattice case.
