球 を分 離 し,ヒ ツジ赤血 球 とT-cell,補 体感作 ヒツジ赤血球 とB-cellを 反応 させ,鏡 検 にて, rosette formationを 観察 し,判 定 した. その結果,悪 性 疾患症 例において,経 過 良好症例 のT-Cel値 は,健 康人 と同様.良 好 な値 を示 した.一 方,悪 液 質に陥った症例で の検査値では,著 明 な低下が認め られた.ま た,手 術施行 例での術前検 査値 は,手 術根治度 の低下 とともにT-cell値 も低下 し, B-cell 値 が上 昇す る傾向にあ った.更 に,腫 瘍摘出に よ り, T-cell値 は術前 よ り上昇す る傾 向 がみ られたが,特 に,治 癒 切除例 では,健 康人 と同程度 まで回復す る症例が多か った.ま た,胃 癌術後5年 以上 を経過 した長期生存例では,検 索 したすべて の症例で健康人 と同等 の値 が認 め られ た. 以上 の事 か ら, T-cell・B・cellの 値を経 時的に観察す る事 は,悪 性疾患患者 の予後判定 に有意 義である との結論 を得 た.
