Dendritic cell-based vaccine therapy for renal cell carcinoma is effective but requires improvement. Here we explored whether combination therapy with dendritic cell-based vaccine and anti-CD69 antibody can enhance antitumor efficacy in renal cell carcinoma-bearing mice.
