A new species of   Ctenopelmatinae  ,    Rhinotorus   nigrus    Sheng, Li &amp; Sun,  sp. nov.  reared from cocoons of    Pristiphora   erichsonii    (Hartig) in Jilin Province, China, is described and illustrated. A key to Eastern Palaearctic species of    Rhinotorus    is provided.
