目的:Aluminum potassium sulfate and tannic acid(ALTA)療法の予後について検討した.方法:対 象は無床診療所である当施設において 2005 年 12 月から 2012 年 8 月までに行ったALTA療法 4,126 例 (ALTA単独:2,814 例,外痔核切除併用例:1,312 例)で,術後経過時期別に 7群に分け,それぞれの再 発率を比較し,術後どの時期に,どのくらいの再発がおこるのかを検証した.またALTA単独と歯状線 までの外痔核切除を併用した手術との再発率の比較を行った.結果:ALTA療法全体の再発率は 4.0%で あった.再発は術後 1年ごとに約 1.1%程度の一定の確率で発生していた.ALTA単独手術の再発率は 5.3%,歯状線までの外痔核切除を併用した手術の再発率は 0.66%で,歯状線までの外痔核切除を付加す ることで,有意に再発率が低下することが示された.

Clinical Outcomes in 4,126 Patients Who Underwent Aluminum Potassium Sulfate and Tannic Acid (ALTA) Therapy
