Problem statement: The main purpose in this study is to provide &#13; a more rational platform in extension modeling to respond to the very recent world-wide &#13; warnings calling up for global revision of the present extension practices to &#13; put the appropriate science and technology to application to securing Clean-Green &#13; Sustainable Development (CGSD). Approach: To achieve this purpose, &#13; extension education was reconsidered through a new view lens of community empowerment. &#13; Results: The basic concern though, is based on CSD, self-sufficiency, &#13; food security and safety and entrepreneurship development in the agricultural &#13; sector and affiliated sub sectors. Fostering the development of catalytic leaders, &#13; researchers and educators who approach issues and challenges in research, education &#13; and extension from multiple perspectives and seeking to construct an integrated &#13; knowledge base upon which the practice of teaching, learning and human development &#13; is based are two other major concerns in this paper. Conclusion: Investigating &#13; factors that contribute to, anticipating rather than mitigating integrative extension &#13; education engineering, human potentials, human capital development, qualitative &#13; as well as, quantitative Clean Development Functional Literacy (CDFL) and evolution &#13; in science-push community-poll, techno-science extension practices are covered &#13; in this paper through an analytical qualitative research method
