Kata kunci : model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio, hasil belajar ABSTRACT Learning with Teacher Centered Learning approach commonly applied in educational institutions, but do not engage learners. Learning is not effective and the effect on student achievement. The learning result is one indicator of the success of learners for carrying out the course. Therefore, there needs to be a pattern of learning that stimulates active learners understand learning theory through empirical study by using model-based portfolio. Using a quasi-experimental research design, with research subjects II level students of fourth semester Diploma in Midwifery STIKes Cirebon as many as 54 respondents. Analysis of data using different test to determine the model of good learning. The calculation result of different test (one-tailed test), portfolio-based learning model is better than the conventional learning model for learning outcomes, the significant value of 0.009 (p 0.05), the average value of the portfolio of learning outcomes and conventional 3:37 3:29. Keywords : portfolio-based learning model, learning outcomes
