This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on the work productivity of the employees of the Sub-district Head Office of Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The sample of the research is 29 employees who work in the subdistrict office of Sukaraja District. The data collection used commissioner, the analysis method used multiple linear regression, R2, and hypothesis testing. The regression equation from the analysis results is Y = 10.107 + 0.417X1 + 0.361X2 + e, which means that motivation and discipline affect employee productivity. The test of determination of 0.567 shows that motivation and discipline affect employee productivity by 56.7%, while 43.3% is explained by other variables not included in the research. Motivation and discipline affect employee work productivity with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Partially motivation and discipline affect employee work productivity as indicated by the sig value. motivation 0.015 and discipline 0.028.
