The significant population increase in cities makes urban mobility a widely discussed theme, which is already an attribute of cities and is related to the coming and going of people and goods within urban centers. This article aims to improve urban mobility, seeking to make public transport attractive to non-users. Bibliographic searches were made, In addition to joint analysis and benchmarking analysis of applications already developed to define a model appropriate to the needs of non-transport user’s needs.
