The maritime modal is one of the most important modes for industry and logistics in Brazil. Over the years, ports have assumed great importance in boosting domestic and foreign trade in the country. The focus of this work will be the port of São Sebastião, more precisely TEBAR (Almirante Barroso Maritime Terminal), an adjunct to Petrobras. The objective is to carry out an analysis of the impact of cargo handled by TEBAR on revenues from the port of São Sebastião. Bibliographic searches were performed and linear regression mathematical models were developed with data collected from the company under study. The surveyed period was 2017. The survey of data and estimation of mathematical models showed that revenues do not increase according to the number of cargo handled by TEBAR, despite the fact that it has a high representation in port handling. The paper discusses the motivations for these findings.
