The current project searches present solutions for improvement in the system of cold roll forming, implanted in a certain company, so as to achieve reduction of Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), besides improve the adjustment in the forming rolls, and practicality when necessary the maintenance in the structure that sustains them, optimizing the process. The project will be carried out by installing rails attached to the machine base, where the rolls support tower be able to move, allowing, when necessary, remove off the tower in the shortest time in case of maintenance, directly impacting the MTTR, reducing the lead time of the process.
