One of the factors causing occupational accidents and illnesses that occur in nurses in hospitals is abehavioral factor. The study was conducted to study the relationship between Predisposing, Enabling andReinforcing factors with unsafe behavior of nurses in the inpatient room 1 Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang “.This type of research is a quantitative research with analytic observational design with cross sectionalapproach. The sample in this study were nurses in Inpatient Room I as many as 42 nurses were analyzedusing the Chy Square Test and Fisher Exact. The method used is to use a questionnaire, observation andinterviews. Chy Square test results showed p = 0.818> 0.05 that there is no relationship between knowledgeand unsafe actions. Fisher’s exact test results show p = 0.481> 0.05 that there is no relationship between theOccupational Safety and Health policy with unsafe actions, Fisher’s exact test results show p = 1,000> 0.05that there is no relationship between Standard Operational Procedure and no action safe, Fisher’s exact testresults show p = 0.158> 0.05 that there is no relationship between Safety Training and occupational healthwith unsafe actions. Conducting routine socialization related to Operational Standards Procedures for howto appoint patients, conducting routine supervision related to unsafe actions of nurses when lifting patients,implementing reporting systems related to complaints of low back pain, implementing a reward system forworkers who behave safely and punishment for workers who acted insecure.
