Vigilancia tecnológica y estrategia científica responsable al servicio de la sociedad del conocimiento

The economic  growth,  human  development  and  social  welfare  are  based  on  the  ability  to  generate,  use  and  adapt knowledge  as  a  productive  force  for  the  coexistence  of  peoplein  certain  environments.  Research  groups  found  in  the knowledge  society  the  opportunity  to  reduce  social  gaps,  through  socially  responsible  investigative  processes  that  allow overcome poverty and regional development. The methodology was based on a bibliometric study with search equations and instruments such as documentary analysis and software of word mining, “Vantage Point”. Finally, a model of impact indica-tors on national and international publications on the topic Corporate Social Responsibility. RESUMEN El crecimiento economico, desarrollo humano y bienestar social se sustentan en la capacidad de generar, usar y adaptar el conocimiento como fuerza productiva para la convivencia de las personas en determinados entornos. Los grupos de investigacion encuentran en la sociedad del conocimiento la oportunidad para reducir brechas sociales, mediante procesos investigativos socialmente responsables que permitan la superacion de la pobreza y el desarrollo regional. La metodologia se fundamento en un estudio bibliometrico con ecuaciones de busqueda e instrumentos como analisis documental y el software de mineria de palabras, “Vantage Point”. Finalmente, se obtuvo un modelo de indicadores de impacto sobre publicaciones nacionales e internacionales en la tematica Responsabilidad Social Empresarial.
