. The Present paper deals M/G/1 retrial queueing model with an unreliable server, where the server renders two types of essential services. Incoming customers may balk and renege at particular times. The repair of the failed server begins immediately. At the completion of repair, server starts the service for interrupted customer. After completing first essential service (FES), the customer has an option to join the orbit as a feedback customer or may go to second essential service (SES). After SES completion, the server searches for customers in the orbit with certain probability. The system is analysed using Supplementary Variable Technique and probability generating function (PGF) of system size, orbit size and various performance measures are derived.
