RESUMEN La investigacion tuvo como objetivo determinar la relacion entre la gestion organizacional y participacion ciudadana en los usuarios de la Municipalidad distrital de Chilca 2017, La investigacion hizo uso del metodo cientifico general y el metodo cuantitativo, con un diseno descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue 70 usuarios de la Municipalidad distrital de Chilca. Se utilizo la tecnica la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, de la variable gestion organizacional y participacion ciudadana. La conclusion fue que no existe relacion entre gestion organizacional y participacion ciudadana en los usuarios de la Municipalidad distrital de Chilca 2017, el coeficiente “rho” de Spearman fue 0,10, a un nivel de significancia de 5 %; y valor p > (0,935) ninguna relacion entre las variables.
