This paper presents an approach to the simulation of the CNC turning and milling operations. An bject oriented approach is selected as it is perfectly suitable for the development of simulation system .In that approach the problem can be decomposed into objects that are real time entities. Object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) is used for the analysis of problem and the design of the solution in terms of objects. OOAD uses object-oriented perspective to model a system as group of interacting objects that work together to perform required functionality. The analysis has been performed and the modeling has been done with Unified Modeling Language (UML).
