[材料および方法] 2002年5月8日(5月 移植)お よび6月20日(6月 移植)に九州沖縄農研水田圃場(福 岡県筑後市)にイネ(品 種: Taporuri, Tetep, モーれつ, 西海204号, ヒノヒカリ)を栽植密度22.2株/m2で 移植した。自然発生した雑草を 除草剤で防除した後, 水稲移植2-3週 後に福 岡県筑後市産のヒメタイヌビエ(葉齢2~3葉)を 栽植密度22.2 株/m2で 植 え付けた混植 区と植え付けを行わないイネ単植 区を設置した。2回刈り栽培として, イネ出穂期 前後(5月 移植は7月31日, 6月移植は8月20日)に イネおよびヒメタイヌビエを地上10cmの 部位から刈り取り (1番草), 再生株をイネ黄熟期(10月 上~下旬)に刈り取った(2番草)。1回刈り栽培では, 黄熟期(9月 中旬~ 10月 中旬)に刈 り取りを行った。基肥としてNPKを 各0.6kg/a, 追肥としてNPKを 各0.3kg/a, 穂肥としてNKを 各0.3kg/a, 1番草収穫後 に追肥としてNPKを 各0.5kg/a施 用した。イネとヒメタイヌビエの1番 草および2番 草 の地上10cm以 上の部位 の乾物 重および可消化養分総量(TDN)(5月 移植のみ)を調査した。1区面積は2.7 0mx1.75m, 反復は2とした。
